Branches and Containers

A Branch is an integral part of your organization. Every business that is using Webrino has to have at least one branch -- the headquarters of the business. A Container is one more more logical classification of inventory within the branch. That is, a Container is always associated with a Branch.

Webrino is capable of maintaining inventory on a per Container per Branch basis. Containers are optional and inventory can also be maintained only on a per Branch basis. For example, if you have two branches -- the headquarters and a warehouse, then Inventory is maintained separately for the headquarters and the warehouse.

SKUs can be moved into or moved out from any Inventory (any Branch and/or Container) by creating an incoming or an outgoing Logistic.
