Role based Access Control

This is one of the most effective methods to administer User Access Control over your system.

Roles are defined based on the type and extent of access a User or Group of Users would require.

Users are then made part of all the required Roles.

  1. On your Dashboard, click on the Admin Menu icon; a new page with all the "Admin" functions opens up.
  2. From the User Management section, click on Roles   


  1. On a mouse over a drop down menu pops up, navigate to Users & Roles; another window pops up; now select and click Administer Roles
